System Upgrades for Medifile Reporting Portal (23 August 2024 to 22 September 2024)

 

We would like to inform you that the Medifile reporting portal will be undergoing system infrastructure upgrades from 23 August 2024 to 22 September 2024.

 

During this period, users will still be able to log into Medifile but with slower response time. We understand the importance of timely access to your reports and are working diligently to complete these upgrades as quickly as possible.

 

In the meantime, if you require any reports or have urgent inquiries, please reach out to your respective Accounts Relationship Manager. They will be more than happy to assist you with your needs during this period.

 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding and patience as we work to restore the full functionality of the Medifile reporting portal.
